Tragedy struck in the town of San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico, as a man, who had been thrown out of a bar for his inappropriate behavior towards women, returned and initiated a devastating arson attack. The incident occurred overnight from Friday to Saturday, resulting in the loss of 11 lives, including seven men and four women. Additionally, four individuals were left injured and hospitalized.
According to the state prosecutor’s office in Sonora, the assailant was expelled from the bar for disrespecting women. In a vengeful act, he returned and hurled a flaming object, suspected to be a Molotov cocktail, into the bar, causing the fatal blaze.
